Where can I return items?
Please use the external book drop on the side of the building. It is available 24/7.
I borrowed a Board Game but it doesn't fit in the drop box. How can I return it?
Please return board games inside when the library is open.
Can I access the library's Wi-Fi from outside the library?
Yes. Our wireless network is available from the Library parking lot. The network name is “sdfpl-2.4” for android devices and “sdfpl-5” for Apple devices. No password is required. A WI-FI Hotspot is available to borrow for free, on-the-go internet access to use with your own personal devices.
I have a PIN for my library card but I can’t remember it. Can I reset it?
Yes. If you have an email address associated with your account, you can request an email with a link to reset your PIN (Password) by entering your email address or barcode/username. If you never gave us your email address, please contact a CLAMS member library for assistance. For privacy reasons, we are unable to determine your old PIN (Password). You can request that library staff reset your PIN (Password) to a password of your choosing.
I don’t have a CLAMS card but I would like to use some of your online resources. Is it possible to sign up for a card while you are closed?
Yes. You can obtain a CLAMS library card at any CLAMS library in person or you can apply for a temporary CLAMS eCard online and then visit us to pick up your card.
